Job summary

APA Group is seeking an Operations Security and Access Manager to lead the Operations Physical Security Team and deliver the Physical Security Uplift program across APA's assets. You will work closely with the Risk and Resilience function to ensure security outcomes align with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• End-to-end physical security project delivery in large government, defence, or critical infrastructure.
• Strong budget management experience on large programs.
• Knowledge of physical security principles and access control systems.
• Experience with security incident management and investigations.
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Security Uplifts to assets within budget.
• Drive program efficiencies with vendors while ensuring compliance.
• Provide operational security tech to asset owners; ensure legislative requirements.
• Uplift and maintain access management standards APA-wide.
• Establish BAU security methodologies and governance.
