Job summary

Bapcor Limited is seeking a motivated Phone Sales Officer for our Rockhampton branch to drive phone-based sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will work with the wider team to handle enquiries, process orders and support stock management in a busy automotive parts environment.

The role suits someone with a background in parts, automotive, mechanical or electrical products and a proactive approach to helping all areas of the business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a genuine customer service focus.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work as part of a driven, diverse team.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or exposure to automotive parts is highly regarded.
• Willingness to support all areas of the business when required.

• Assist with stock management, including shelving, pallet racking and stock counts

Job Description

As a Phone Sales Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting branch sales through phone‑based customer service and order processing. You’ll work closely with the wider branch team, assisting customers with parts enquiries while also supporting general storeperson duties as required.

This role suits someone with a background in parts, automotive, mechanical or electrical products or someone keen to build experience in the industry.
