Job summary

Adora Fertility in Melbourne is seeking a casual phlebotomist to join our Greensborough clinic. You will provide high-quality phlebotomy services to patients with a caring and professional approach.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will prepare pathology rooms, restock supplies, and dispatch samples while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality protocols. Immunity evidence may be required for patient contact roles.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Pathology or Phlebotomy required.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; friendly approach.

Responsibilities

About this Role

You will be joining a dynamic team environment and be responsible for providing high quality phlebotomy services to patients. With exceptional service, underpinned by a caring, compassionate nature, you will directly enhance the patient experience.

This is a casual opportunity based in our Greensborough clinic.

Our commitment to quality and safety is our highest priority. Applicants in patient contact roles will be required to provide evidence of immunity against specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality phlebotomy services
• Preparing pathology rooms, including restocking the room
• Packing and dispatching samples to laboratories
• Ensuring compliance with processes and protocols
• Other tasks as required

About You

We are seeking a phlebotomist who can demonstrate the followingqualities, experience and relevant expertise:

• Certificate in Pathology or Phlebotomy
• Highly developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
• A warm and caring approach.
