Job summary

Monash IVF Group is seeking a compassionate Phlebotomist to join our fertility care team in Melbourne on a casual basis. You will provide professional phlebotomy services to patients, while upholding the organisation's care principles and safety protocols.

Based across Metro Melbourne sites, this role requires a minimum of three years' phlebotomy experience, excellent patient service, strong organisation and time-management skills, and a willingness to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Proven track record of caring, patient-focused service.
• Ability to package blood samples and follow protocols.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and compassionate phlebotomy service to fertility patients.
• Ensure bloods are packaged and dispatched to laboratories per timelines and protocols.
• Provide administration support to Patient Services and Nursing Teams when required.
