Job summary

Scotch College, located at our Perth campus in Swanbourne, seeks an exceptional relationship builder to lead philanthropy and advancement. The Manager will shape the college’s giving programme, secure scholarships and facilities support, and foster a culture of giving among donors, alumni, parents and the Scotch community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, donors, and community members.
• Experience in planning and leading philanthropic campaigns and major-gift programs.
• Strong communication, negotiation and proposal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the college's philanthropy strategy and annual fundraising plans.
• Build, manage and steward relationships with major donors and prospective supporters.
• Identify, cultivate and secure major gifts, endowments and bequests.
• Lead annual appeals, giving programmes and targeted fundraising initiatives.
• Develop compelling cases for support, donor proposals and impact reports.
