Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School invites a transformative leader to become Director of Advancement. This full-time role drives philanthropy, stakeholder engagement, brand strength and community connections to support enrolment growth and student outcomes.

You will lead fundraising initiatives, collaborate with the CEO, CFO and Board, and build meaningful connections with donors, families, alumni, and partners to advance the school's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing strategic initiatives.
• Strong ability to develop and execute fundraising and engagement strategies.
• Ability to cultivate and steward relationships with donors, alumni and partners.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership across fundraising, enrolments, alumni relations, marketing and partnerships.
• Oversee international and domestic enrolments, tours and scholarship programs.
• Design and deliver fundraising initiatives including annual giving and major gifts.
• Strengthen relationships with alumni, families and the broader school community.
• Lead marketing, communications and brand strategy including digital channels.
• Oversee major events and external partnerships to enhance opportunities for students.
