Qualifikationen

• Experience in philanthropy or fundraising or a related field.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, donors, and community members.
• Experience using CRM databases or relationship management systems.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the college's philanthropy strategy and annual fundraising plans.
• Build, manage and steward relationships with major donors and prospective supporters.
• Identify, cultivate and secure major gifts, endowment contributions and bequests.
• Lead annual appeals, giving programmes and targeted fundraising initiatives.
• Create compelling cases for support and donor communications.
• Monitor fundraising performance and support long-term revenue growth.
