Job summary

Mercy Health in Werribee is seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our Pharmacy Department. You’ll deliver patient-centred care, support clinical teams, and help manage medications safely within a busy hospital setting.

You’ll bring strong clinical skills, excellent time management, and a compassionate approach. Evidence of clearances and vaccinations is required, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive, community-focused workplace.

What you’ll bring

• Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
• A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
• The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
• Certificate III or IV Hospital/Health Pharmacy Support or equivalent.
