Job summary

Mercy Health Australia is inviting applications for a permanent full-time position at Mercy Place Shepparton. The role focuses on providing holistic, patient-centred care, with assessment and monitoring of patients’ physical and mental state.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver responsive services to patients, families and carers. Ideal candidates are compassionate, resilient, with excellent communication and time-management skills, and a collaborative team approach.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
