Job summary

Dedalus in Sydney or Brisbane, Australia is seeking an Applications Support Specialist (Pharmacy Solution) to join our Clinical Support Team and help healthcare providers deliver safer, better and more reliable care.

You will manage incident triage and resolution, provide technical and functional guidance on Dedalus Medication management software, and support healthcare IT systems with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in service desk L2/L3 support of healthcare or similar
• Providing technical support for healthcare IT systems
• Highly proficient in written and verbal communications
• MS SQL read and write experience
• Desirable: degree in Health Information Management and/or IT, ITIL, HL7 messaging understanding, Microsoft Server Admin, System Integration & Data Flow

Responsibilities

• Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage, analysis and resolution
• Problem / Defect identification and categorisation
• Deliver quality incident and problem resolution focused on support and maintenance related client interactions
• Provide functional and technical advice and knowledge pertaining to Dedalus Medication management solutions
• Develop strong working relationships with customers to foster collaboration and growth
• Participate in a rotating roster for out-of-hour support of incidents
