Job summary

Healthcare Professionals Group in Sydney is seeking a pharmacy administrator or order processing professional for an ongoing casual role. You will receive, review and process pharmaceutical customer orders with a focus on accuracy and timely communication with customers and internal technical teams.

Working hours are 38 per week, Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm, with immediate start available. Prior experience in pharmacy operations and data entry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a retail/hospital pharmacy.
• Exceptional data entry accuracy.
• Strong computer and systems skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in Pharmacy would be highly advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to commit to an on-going casual role.
• Have full Australian working rights and be available for a 38-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Enter and review customer orders.
• Check order and patient details.
• Identify missing or incorrect information.
• Clarify orders with customers.
• Liaise with technical specialists.
• Schedule and coordinate customer orders.
• Confirm delivery dates and times.
• Respond to telephone and email queries.
• Maintain accurate system records.
• Follow pharmaceutical compliance procedures.
