Job summary

Pharmacy 777 seeks a Pharmacy Manager in Berry, NSW, to lead a full-time role with potential for future partnership. You will guide the team through the transition to the Pharmacy 777 model, optimise operations and service delivery, and champion patient engagement.

Applicants should be AHPRA registered with strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and commercial acumen. Prior management experience is desirable though not essential as we focus on growth and development.

Our Berry Pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and patient-focused, Pharmacy Manager on a Full-Time basis with the opportunity for future partnership.

The Berry Pharmacy 777 is about to go-live on an exciting journey to transition into the Pharmacy 777 model. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and supporting our team through this process. You will join us on this journey to optimise our operations, culture and service delivery in line with the Pharmacy 777 operating model.

Reporting to the Owner, the successful candidate will be trained in and be responsible for practicing and providing the 777 Fundamentals, Foundational Services and Allied Health Services whereby embracing the patient-engagement model to have a collective impact on the greater community.You will be integral to the development of our people and our business.

As a Pharmacy 777 Pharmacy Manager, you will provide exceptional holistic patient care, liaising with allied health professionals, engaging with the community and guiding, supporting and mentoring team members. You are ambitious, proactive and are open and willing to learn, have initiative and work well within a team environment. It is also expected that you will be AHPRA registered, with excellent communication and relationship building skills, a commercial acumen and are committed to your on-going personal and professional development. Previous management experience is desirable though not essential.
