Job summary

SA Health's Central Adelaide Local Health Network is recruiting an Allied Health Assistant – Pharmacy to support medicine supply and distribution within the CALHN Pharmacy team. You will work with pharmacists, interns and technicians to ensure accurate dispensing support and inventory management, contributing to safe patient care.

The role offers a structured career path from AHA Level 1 to Level 2 with training and progression via Certificate III qualifications, in a dynamic public health

Qualifications

Proven ability to use pharmacy systems and dispensing software confidently.
Attention to accuracy in medication distribution and inventory management.
Ability to perform tasks like lifting, pushing, squatting and reaching for stock handling.

Responsibilities

Support medicine distribution and dispensing assistance in CALHN Pharmacy.
Assist with ordering, pharmaceutical preparation and daily workload organisation.
Deliver safe, efficient pharmacy services for inpatients and outpatients.

Skills

Pharmacy systems proficiency
