Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba leads the digital transformation of pharmacy services, combining advanced pharmacy expertise with project leadership to influence clinical practice and support workforce readiness.   • Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy and current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
  • Experience leading complex projects, programs or service improvements within healthcare settings.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and change leadership skills.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.

From guiding major digital initiatives to supporting teams through change, you'll work with clinicians, leaders and project specialists to create positive outcomes for patients, staff and the wider community.
