Job summary

Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service in Toowoomba QLD is seeking a Pharmacy Lead – Digital Projects to shape how technology supports safer, smarter healthcare delivery. You will guide major digital initiatives and support teams through change to create positive outcomes for patients and staff.

You’ll lead pharmacy-focused digital projects, partner with clinicians and leaders, and design education and training strategies to strengthen workforce capability in a digital healthcare environment.

As Pharmacy Lead – Digital Projects, you'll help shape how technology supports safer, smarter healthcare delivery. From guiding major digital initiatives to supporting teams through change, you'll work with clinicians, leaders and project specialists to create positive outcomes for patients, staff and the wider community.

  • Leading pharmacy-focused digital projects that improve clinical workflows, medication management and service outcomes.

  • Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy and current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in a digital hospital environment and/or previous involvement in large-scale digital transformation projects.
