Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy and current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Experience leading complex projects, programs or service improvements within healthcare settings.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and change leadership skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy-focused digital projects that improve clinical workflows and medication management.
- Partner with clinicians and leaders to drive meaningful change and build confidence in new workflows.
- Design education, training and support strategies to strengthen workforce digital capability.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across the health service.
