Darling Downs Health in Warwick is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to lead clinical care and improve outcomes across a rural health setting. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, influence care quality and mentor others.

You will deliver expert clinical advice, guide medication safety initiatives, and help shape services for the community while growing your own professional practice.

• Current pharmacist registration and eligibility to practise in Australia.
• Strong clinical pharmacy experience and sound professional judgement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience supporting, mentoring or guiding others.
