Job summary

World Courier is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support clinical warehouse operations, ensuring quality and integrity from reception to shipment in temperature-controlled environments. You will verify and sign off jobs, release shipments, manage product status, and assist as Deputy Depot Pharmacist as required.

Qualifications include 3+ years in pharmacy operations, a HS Diploma or equivalent, and preferred warehousing experience with forklift licence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy support and operations within a regulated healthcare environment.
• Experience in warehousing and forklift licence is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20kg and work with tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and signs operational jobs.
• Releases shipments for distribution.
• Manages product status per guidelines and client instructions.
• Follow packaging instructions for secondary packaging relabeling.
• Perform quality checks on relabeling processes.
• Lead depot staff with knowledge of World Courier protocols.
• Assist as Deputy Depot Pharmacist when required.
• Ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP and internal guidelines.
• Complete depot self-inspections.
• Participate in SOP and work instruction reviews.
• Work in all temperature controlled environments.
