Job summary

National Pharmacies in Port Pirie is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant on an ongoing casual basis. The role focuses on delivering friendly, trusted health advice and excellent customer service to the local community.

You will work in a small, dynamic team, with training provided to build knowledge of medicines and pharmacy products, flexible shifts, and opportunities to grow hours and take on more responsibility. Generous staff discounts apply to health, beauty and optical products.

YOUR MISSION IS TO:

• Be the friendly face that makes every customer's visit better, and get to know your regulars by name

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience: Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided. Face-to-face retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
• Flexibility: Availability for casual shifts, with on-call availability preferred
• Customer magic: A knack for building rapport fast and giving advice people trust
• Communication: Clear, warm and capable, on the floor and on the phone
• Heart: A genuine passion for health and wellbeing, and a positive, team-first attitude
