Job summary

Pharmacy 4 Less in Newcastle, Australia seeks a dynamic Pharmacy Assistant with knowledge, experience, and selling skills to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer care, build relationships, and drive repeat business while supporting stock management and merchandising.

You will greet customers, offer product information, advise on features and benefits, assist with companion selling, and ensure displays are clean and stock is rotated.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Pharmacy.
• General product knowledge in pharmacy lines.
• S2 & S3 training certification or Certificate I-III in Community Pharmacy preferred

Responsibilities

• Care for customers by recommending appropriate products that will meet their needs.

• Ensure customers are informed of the features and benefits of products, detailing instructions on how to use the product.
• Support and encourage companion selling to benefit the customer's needs.
• Provide continuous assistance and support to all customer service areas within the store.
• Ensure that displays and shelves are clean and tidy and all stock is pulled forward and rotated.
• Assist in replenishing stock, checking out of dates, rotating stock, and general housekeeping

Education

S2 & S3 training certification or Certificate I-III in Community Pharmacy
