Job summary

Priceline Pharmacy World Square is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team. You will be on the front line helping customers with product advice, building relationships and supporting promotional activities.

Flexibility with weekends and a positive, proactive attitude are essential. Experience in retail and beauty-related products is advantageous and dispensing knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Exceptional standard of customer service.
• Ability to organize priorities and demands.

• Experience in retail sales and register operations.
• Flexible with working hours, includes weekends.
• Experience in Beauty (Skincare, Color Cosmetics) & Makeup would be fantastic but not essential.
• Experience in Dispensing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Projecting a positive, friendly, enthusiastic manner to customers and team members.
• Assist customers with professional advice on products on the shop floor and at POS.
• Contribute to increasing sales through add-on sales and promoting promotions.
• Unpack orders and stock shelves to ensure products are readily available.
• Provide correct product information and support to customers and colleagues.

As a Pharmacy Assistant your day will be focused around:

Projecting a positive, friendly, enthusiastic manner to both fellow team members and customers alike.

Actively working in the front of shop to assist our customers through professional advice, providing a caring and informed service both on shop floor and at POS.

Continuous drive for increasing sales, through 'add-on' sales, and by providing input and ideas on how to continuously build our customer base

Supporting catalogue and supplier promotions by participating in activities to maximize sales.

Achievingand exceeding sales budgets

Assisting in unpacking orders and stocking shelves

Being confident, comfortable and capable of providing customers the correct product information.

Assisting in supporting and motivating colleagues

You'll need the following qualifications and knowledge to be a successful Pharmacy Assistant:
