Job summary

Impact Futures is offering an Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant role based in Northampton. You will support daily pharmacy operations while completing your Pharmacy Services Assistant apprenticeship, working under supervision of registered staff and contributing to patient care, stock management and customer service.

Training includes participation in the Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship programme, coursework, assessments, and modules.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a strong commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing, stock management and customer service as part of the apprenticeship.
• Support accurate processing of prescriptions and pharmaceutical tasks.
• Maintain stock levels, check deliveries and ensure proper storage.
