About The Role

Tweed Valley Hospital Pharmacy is seeking Grade 1/2 Pharmacists to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services to the health facility, working within relevant legislation, policies and professional standards. The role offers an opportunity to work as part of a collaborative pharmacy team while supporting the delivery of safe, effective and patient-focused care.

To be appointed at Pharmacist Grade 2, you must have:

  • At least three years’ post-registration experience in hospital pharmacy.
  • Demonstrated competency in at least one essential competency criterion and three additional competency criteria, in accordance with the Health Employees’ Pharmacists (State) Award.
