Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking a Pharmacist Student to support safe medication supply and high-quality patient care within a busy hospital environment. You’ll work with experienced pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams, building practical skills and clinical knowledge through supervised practice and feedback.

You’ll contribute to accurate records, effective communication with patients and healthcare teams, and the delivery of timely treatments while growing your pharmacy career in our health

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a recognised Pharmacy degree leading to pharmacist qualification.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
  • A commitment to learning, professional development and delivering high-quality service.
  • Well-developed organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • You’ll stand out if you have prior healthcare experience or exposure to a hospital pharmacy environment.

As a Pharmacist Student, you'll help deliver safe and effective pharmacy services that support patients throughout their healthcare journey. Working alongside experienced pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams, you'll build practical skills, strengthen your clinical knowledge, and contribute to high-quality care across a busy hospital environment.
