Darling Downs Health is seeking a capable pharmacist to deliver patient-centred care across our region. You will provide expert medication management, participate in clinical decision-making and lead improvements in service delivery.

AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualifications are preferred to drive evidence-based practice. You will collaborate with doctors, nurses and allied health staff, mentoring colleagues and contributing to a culture of learning and innovation within a busy health

Qualificações

• Current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Advanced clinical pharmacy knowledge and patient-centred care experience.
• Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualifications and mentoring/supervising experience.
