Job summary

WTS Recruitment is seeking a pharmacist for a community pharmacy role in Geelong. The successful candidate will manage daily dispensary operations, counsel customers, and ensure stock control while working alongside 1–2 technicians.

Requirements include Bachelor of Pharmacy and current AHPRA registration, with strong communication and attention to detail to build lasting relationships within the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Genuine desire to build and maintain a strong rapport with the community.
• Proven experience as Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacist Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dispensing operations.
• Counsel customers and provide medication advice.
• Order stock and stock control.
• Work with 1–2 technicians.
• Dispense with FRED Classic and LOTS POS.
• Provide services: DAA, NDSS, medscheck, eScripts, medication reviews, clinical vaccinations, UTI consultations, home or aged-care delivery.
