House of Pharmacy in Silverwater is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to take full responsibility for the pharmacy, drive performance, and play a broader leadership role in a growing independent group.

The role requires leading the team, managing the dispensary and stock, and expanding professional services while maintaining high patient care and compliance. On-site, full-time hours across four days with supportive head office backing are offered.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience as a Pharmacist Manager or PIC.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Strong Minfos experience is essential.
• Experience leading a team and managing dispensary flow, stock control and retail operations.
• Training to deliver the full scope of pharmacy services is required.
• Proven track record of improving pharmacy performance and contributing beyond day-to-day management.

Lead an established Silverwater pharmacy with a loyal customer base. This suits a proven Pharmacist Manager or PIC ready to take full responsibility for the pharmacy, improve its performance and play a bigger role in a growing business.

House of Pharmacy is an independent Sydney pharmacy group with community pharmacies, distribution operations and an online channel in development.

The role

• Take responsibility for the pharmacy's clinical, operational and commercial performance.

• Lead the team and manage workflow, staffing and performance.

• Manage the dispensary and grow professional services while maintaining strong patient care.

• Drive customer experience, merchandising and retail performance.

• Manage stock control, ordering and invoices.

About you
