Job summary

Jacare Family Pharmacy in Ipswich, Queensland, seeks a Pharmacist in Charge to oversee daily operations across our three stores. You will provide expert clinical advice, lead a team of pharmacy staff, and ensure compliance with professional standards to deliver patient-centred care.

You must hold current AHPRA registration and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and technology skills in a multi-site pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Fully registered pharmacist with a current AHPRA license.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pharmacist in Charge to join our dedicated team at Jacare family pharmacy in Ipswich, Queensland. As Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and medication management.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and leading a team Pharmacy assistants , and support staff

Ensuring the pharmacy complies with all relevant legislation, regulations, and professional standards

Providing expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and other healthcare professionals

Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing the pharmacy's inventory

Collaborating with other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care

Implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes to drive continuous improvement

Fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development

Able to work across our 3 Pharmacies

What we're looking for

Fully registered pharmacist with a current AHPRA license

Exceptional clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge, with a strong commitment to patient-centred care
