Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse in Armidale NSW is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to manage the dispensary, deliver high-quality professional services, and lead a dedicated team. You will work with a Business Development Manager to enhance health programs and patient care.

Applicants should be General registered with AHPRA; community pharmacy experience and vaccination accreditation are highly regarded. The role offers growth toward ownership within a supportive, independent group.

Qualifications

• General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Vaccination accreditation highly regarded.
• Experience with FRED Dispense / POS Works is valued.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee dispensary operations to ensure safe, efficient and compliant practice.
• Deliver high-quality professional services, including MedsChecks and vaccinations.
• Manage PBS claims and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical advice and promote patient health outcomes.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve excellent service and care.
• Build strong relationships with patients and local healthcare providers.

About the role:

Manage the operations of the dispensary and ensure the delivery of excellent professional services. As the Pharmacist in Charge, use this as your pathway to future ownership! You will work closely with and be supported by an experienced dispensary/ pharmacy team, and a dedicated Business Development Manager. Assist in developing our offer of health services and programs.

Salary of $108,680.00 to $125,580.00 depending on experience and roster
