Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Innisfail is seeking a Pharmacist to lead store and dispensary operations, deliver complete patient care, and supervise a team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will ensure accurate dispensing and high-quality service, aligned with professional standards and MyScripts workflows.

You must hold current AHPRA registration and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills to thrive in Australia’s largest retail pharmacy group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
• Direct experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting including dispensing, patient counselling, stock management or pharmacy operations is advantageous.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
