Job summary

Chemist Warehouse is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Mt Druitt team. You will dispense prescriptions accurately, manage daily store and dispensary operations, and provide top-tier patient care to our local community.

We value exceptional customer service, leadership, and a commercial mindset. You will supervise interns and dispensary staff while contributing to business strategy and growth. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities.
• Commercially astute with business acumen and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions.
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.

Education
