Chemist Warehouse in Blacktown NSW is seeking a Pharmacist to join our fast-paced team. You will dispense prescriptions, manage the store and dispensary operations, and provide high-quality patient care with our MyScripts system.

You will supervise interns and dispensary staff, contribute to business strategies, and uphold industry standards while delivering exceptional customer service and clinical care. Flexible rosters and training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercially-aware with business acumen and attention-to-detail.
• Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

In the Pharmacist role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts,
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations,
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing,
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions,
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants,
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
