Job summary

Natural Script is a compounding dispensary on Sydney's Northern Beaches seeking a full-time Pharmacist for on-site work in Brookvale. Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or late nights. Parking on site.

You will oversee dispensing of custom compounds, review prescriptions for accuracy, and work with practitioners on formulations. Training will be provided for compounding; experience in natural medicine is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Compounding experience or keen willingness to learn; training provided.
• Comfort discussing formulations with practitioners.

Natural Script is a compounding dispensary serving natural health practitioners - naturopaths, nutritionists and integrative doctors - across Australia. You'll be compounding nutritional powders and capsules, liquid herbal formulations and bespoke topicals to practitioner prescriptions, rather than serving walk-in customers.

What you'll do

Oversee and prepare dispensing of custom compounds. Review prescriptions for accuracy and clinical appropriateness. Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance. Work directly with practitioners on formulation questions. Manage dispensary inventory alongside the wider team. Provide formulation advice for new bespoke product development.

What you'll need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (mandatory)
• Compounding experience, or a genuine interest in learning it — we'll train the right person
• Comfort talking through formulations with practitioners
• Experience in natural or integrative medicine is a bonus, not a requirement
