Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP in Perth is seeking a Pharmacist to lead an established, modern pharmacy. You will oversee operations, manage a capable support team, and develop clinical services across travel health and weight management.

The ideal candidate is an Independent Prescriber with strong leadership experience and a passion for expanding local pharmacy services within the community.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with MPharm or equivalent and GPhC registration.
• Experience in leadership/management within a community pharmacy setting.
• Independent Prescriber status is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team and manage daily operations.
• Develop and deliver clinical services, including travel health and weight management clinics.
• Motivate staff and drive service growth within the community.

An established pharmacy team is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to lead their pharmacy in Perth.

This is a spacious, modern pharmacy with a strong local reputation, conveniently located near local services, amenities and residential areas.

Alongside your management responsibilities, you will play a key role in delivering and expanding clinical services, with particular opportunities to develop travel health and weight management clinics using the pharmacy's two dedicated consultation rooms.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Independent Prescriber with significant pharmacy management experience, a proven ability to lead and motivate teams, and a passion for developing both people and services within a community pharmacy setting.

You will be supported by an experienced support team and a hands-on Superintendent, with an attractive incentives scheme available to reward performance and service growth.

This is a permanent role for a Pharmacist.

Person specification:

• MPharm degree, OSPAP qualification or equivalent
• Registration with the GPhC and experience working within Scottish Pharmacy
• Candidates must have full right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
