Job summary

Experis in Broadmeadows is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support pharmaceutical distribution operations. The role covers storage, inventory control and distribution of finished goods in a highly regulated setting, with emphasis on accuracy, GMP compliance, and safe handling of products.

You will operate high reach forklifts, manage stock movements, and process transactions in SAP/WMS while maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Proven High Reach Forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehousing and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using SAP, WMS or ERP systems.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing or other regulated environments (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• High Reach Forklift operation.
• Receiving, storing and dispatching finished goods.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for distribution.
• Inventory control, cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Processing warehouse transactions using SAP/WMS systems.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Adhering to GMP, safety and quality requirements.
• Working within temperature-controlled warehouse environments.
