Job summary

Experis in Broadmeadows is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support pharmaceutical distribution operations. The role covers storage, inventory control and distribution of finished goods in a highly regulated setting, with emphasis on accuracy, GMP compliance, and safe handling of products.

You will operate high reach forklifts, manage stock movements, and process transactions in SAP/WMS while maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Proven High Reach Forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehousing and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using SAP, WMS or ERP systems.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing or other regulated environments (highly regarded).

Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Warehouse Operator to join their Distribution team in Broadmeadows.

About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting the storage, inventory management and distribution of finished products within a highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of stock while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• High Reach Forklift operation
• Receiving, storing and dispatching finished goods

• Inventory control, cycle counting and stock reconciliation
• Loading and unloading trucks

To be successful, you will possess:
