Job summary

Viatris is seeking two detail-oriented Distribution Assistants for the Bundamba Warehouse in Australia. You will assist with picking, packing, labeling and shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch while maintaining a GMP-compliant warehouse environment.

The two positions include a 12-month fixed-term and a permanent role, daytime on-site shifts with parking and easy public transport access.

Qualifications

• It is essential to have a current forklift license.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are needed.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking, packing, and labelling products for shipment.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders before dispatch.
• Handle material movements including unloading.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse; support inventory and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with the team to improve distribution processes and efficiency.
• Follow GMP and safety procedures.
