Job summary

Health and Aged Care Professionals (Mascot NSW) is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a casual/temporary role through to 23 December 2026. The position involves picking and packing orders, preparing products for dispatch, and maintaining quality standards in a clean, temperature-controlled warehouse.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will work Monday to Friday with an 8:00am or 8:30am start, contributing to accurate order fulfilment in a highly regulated healthcare warehousing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or pick‑packing experience within a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Reliable with excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Prepare products for dispatch.
• Follow warehouse procedures and quality standards.
• Handle pharmaceutical products with care.
• Perform occasional manual handling up to 20kg.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace and support daily warehouse activities.
