Mayne Pharma is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the Production Manufacturing team, ensure GMP and WHS compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the area. You will back up the Operations Manager and oversee investigations, CAPAs, and the accuracy of production documentation.

You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor real-time performance with Redzone, and push for improvements in efficiency, cost control, and labour optimisation.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent experience in science/engineering or pharma industry.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in pharma, cosmetics or related sectors.
• Knowledge of GMP and WHS principles.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise the Manufacturing team to meet production schedules.
• Act as backup to Operations Manager and maintain production performance.
• Coordinate quality, GMP/WHS compliance and CI activities.
• Manage non-conformances, investigations, and CAPAs/CARs.
• Drive close-out of CAPAs/CARs and ensure accurate production documentation.
• Conduct scheduled cGMP and WHS audits and support audit processes.
• Report metrics in daily meetings and escalate issues.
• Utilise Redzone to monitor OEE and drive downtime reductions.
• Coach team on Redzone usage and improve efficiency.
• Support troubleshooting and efficiency improvement initiatives.
