Job summary

Evolve Scientific is recruiting a Production Team Lead for their Brisbane facility. This hands-on role will guide a team of operators in achieving production targets while upholding quality and safety standards. The position offers an ongoing casual contract with consistent full-time hours and potential progression to a permanent role.

Hours are Monday to Friday, Day Shift, with a focus on GMP compliance, effective teamwork, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, nutraceutical or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand, Supervisor or similar position.
• Strong understanding of GMP principles and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team of production operators
• Coordinating daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules

• Completing and reviewing production documentation
• Assisting with staffing, training and workflow planning

About the Role and Company

Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer operating a TGA-licensed facility. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join their team in an ongoing casual position with consistent full-time hours and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a team of operators while helping to ensure production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met.
