Job summary

Medilogic is seeking a PM Shift Supervisor to oversee the afternoon warehouse operations in Newcastle, NSW. The role runs 12pm–8pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet operational needs.

You will lead the PM warehouse team, coordinate picking/packing and ensure safe, accurate, on-time deliveries and proper documentation. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach with excellent attention to

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or similar supervisory/team leader role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and lead the PM warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Coordinate picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and general warehouse activities.
• Allocate tasks and manage workflow to ensure orders and deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Lead by example and remain hands-on with warehouse duties as required.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to procedures.
• Ensure medical and pharmaceutical stock is handled, stored, rotated, and dispatched correctly.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, stock control, and documentation.
• Ensure all loading and unloading activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Complete and oversee delivery documentation, manifests, and other required paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
