Job summary

PDP Fine Foods, Ingleburn, NSW, is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader to manage the afternoon/evening shift. You will lead a team of operators and ensure on‐time dispatch and GMP compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will balance people management with operational delivery, oversee receiving, storing, picking and dispatch, and ensure safety, WHS and inventory accuracy across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse/Logistics team in a food manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead afternoon/evening shift and supervise operators.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking and dispatch operations.
• Ensure on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy and adherence to GMP/WHS standards.
