Job summary

Australian Optimal Recruitment – Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced Blending & Machine Operator for a full-time, permanent role on the Northern Beaches. You will blend powders, capsules, and tablets, operate blenders and mixers, and ensure documentation and quality checks meet strict standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in pharma/manufacturing, strong numeracy, and excellent written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in blending or machine operation in pharma/manufacturing.
• Ability to follow batch records and SOPs accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Accurate documentation and quality checks throughout production.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, blend, and process powders, capsules, and tablets according to batch instructions.
• Operate blenders, mixers, sieves, and related machinery.
• Follow batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing instructions.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Conduct quality checks during manufacturing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Adhere to workplace health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
