Job summary

Australian Optimal Recruitment in Sydney NSW is seeking an Encapsulation Operator for a full-time, permanent role on the Northern Beaches. You will operate encapsulation machines, follow SOPs and batch records, and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has experience with capsule filling or pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, strong numeracy and documentation skills, and a commitment to safe, compliant production in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience operating encapsulation or capsule filling equipment.
Background in GMP regulated environments.
Strong numeracy and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor encapsulation machines to ensure efficient and accurate production of capsules.
Set up, adjust, clean, and maintain encapsulation equipment in accordance with SOPs.
Conduct in-process quality checks, including capsule weight and product specifications.
Follow batch records and manufacturing instructions.
Complete production paperwork accurately and timely.
Identify and report equipment faults or quality concerns.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment per GMP requirements.
Collaborate with team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Adhere to health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
