Job summary

Royal Sydney Golf Club is seeking a driven 1stYear PGA Associate to support member services and daily operations at the concourse and pro shop. You will work with the Director of Golf and Golf Operations Manager to meet member needs and maintain a welcoming environment.

Role is available as a part-time position 18-25 hours per week, with early mornings and weekend shifts. Training includes the PGA of Australia’s Associate Program and hands-on coaching, repairs, and retail duties.

Qualifications

• Eligible to enrol in the PGA of Australia’s Associate/Traineeship Program.
• Available for 18-25 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.
• Competitive playing handicap or demonstrated golfing ability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily sport shop operations.
• Assist with tee bookings and time sheet management.
• Golf equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Facilitate retail service to members and daily operational tasks.
• Provide exemplary member service and adhere to dress code and guest policies.
• Complete PGA Associate Program coursework, workbooks and practicals.
