Job summary

Petbarn in Mornington is seeking an enthusiastic Pet Stylist for a part-time or full-time role. If you have at least one year of professional grooming experience and can confidently complete breed-specific clips, join our supportive salon team.

You’ll benefit from mentoring, state-of-the-art facilities, and opportunities to earn through our grooming bonus incentive program. You’ll work with a friendly team, receive uniform and equipment, and have access to paid parental leave and a Certificate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Pet Stylist to join our Mornington salon on a part time or full-time basis. This role would suit someone with at least one year of professional grooming experience who can confidently complete breed-specific clips across a range of breeds without supervision.

About you

At least one year of professional grooming experience

The ability to complete grooming services confidently and without supervision

Strong knowledge of grooming techniques, equipment, breed standards and coat types

Confidence managing consultations, quotes, bookings, invoicing, ordering and other day‑to‑day operational tasks

A team‑focused approach and the ability to support smooth salon operations

As part of the recruitment process,you’ll be asked to complete a two‑hour grooming trial.
