Petbarn Holden Hill is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Holden Hill store, maximise sales, and maintain store standards. You’ll train and coach the team, deliver customer‑centric service, and manage costs while driving KPI performance.

As a hands-on, pet‑loving retail leader, you’ll foster a positive team culture, support pet care advice, and implement initiatives that strengthen the store’s growth and customer satisfaction in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• A hands-on leader with a passion for pets.
• Natural love for animals and people, retail focus.
• At least two years’ experience in a high-volume retailer in a management role.
• Proven ability to lead a team while keeping staff engaged.
• Friendly, patient, and eager to train and develop the team.
• Organised and detail-oriented with a KPI-driven mindset.
