Petbarn Brookvale is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our Brookvale team on a full-time basis. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold store standards, and lead a high-volume retail team in caring for pets and customers.

With a hands-on leadership style, you will train and coach staff, deliver expert advice on health, nutrition and wellness products, and foster a customer-centric environment that makes a real difference for pets and their owners.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer.
• Strong retail management or supervision experience.
• Passion for animals and people with a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to maximise store success.

• Coach and train the store team to deliver service excellence.
