Responsibilities

• Coach the team to achieve and develop knowledge and skills.
• Lead from the front by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Create a safety-minded culture within the team.
• Assist in stock management and accuracy, following stock integrity.
• Support visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays.
• Stay up to date on pet care products and services.
• Recruit, onboard and induct new team members.
• Foster a fun, supportive in-store culture.
• Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships.
