Job summary

Pet Circle Pharmacy in Pemulwuy, NSW, is hiring for a part-time on-site role. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage orders and prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations in a KPI-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and comfort with CRM systems. Pharmacy experience is valued but not required. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to expand dispensary duties are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Experience in pharmacy or dispensary is highly regarded but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to follow SOPs and regulated processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-volume customer service via email, live chat, and occasional calls.
• Own customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and prescriptions.
• Assist with prescription administration and pharmacy ordering processes.
• Perform administrative checks per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately pick, pack, label and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Identify and resolve issues delaying prescriptions or deliveries.
• Support stock receipt, inventory management, and general pharmacy ops.
• Maintain accurate records across systems.
• Share insights to improve customer experience.
• Move between customer support and pharmacy tasks as needed.
